Established in 2016, SJB Safety Training is a small friendly independent training provider, based in Oxfordshire. Over the years we have built up a reputation of providing informative and fun interactive training courses to a growing list of clients as well as being known as a reliable freelancer for major national providers and small independents. We have delivered training across the UK for a broad range of industries including, civil engineering, the education sector, hotel chains, supermarkets, engineering and motor racing.  We also have access to a growing network of trusted trainers and training companies, who have worked with us in the past and proved to be reliable, so if we are unable to help you, we probably know someone who can.

Simon has been involved with Health & Safety for over 30 years in several industries such as landscape maintenance, highway maintenance & secondary education.  Having attended lots of training courses it became obvious to him what made a good training course from a bad one. If a trainer doesn’t enjoy the subject they are teaching then that will affect how the subject is presented, and therefore will make the learning experience less enjoyable to the learner. As a result, Simon likes to make his courses fun, entertaining and informative and will  get learners engaged with various activities, and it’s not unusual for the sound of lively banter, laughter and the occasional screams for help coming out of his first aid courses.
